SMART HOSPITALS CHARITY CARE POLICES: |
To provide charity care and financial assistance to patients with limited resources and inadequate medical insurance coverage on the basis of their total family income/assets.
High quality health care to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay and compassionate charity care to individuals and families who cannot pay for medically necessary healthcare services they receive at our facilities. Charity care policies that provide free health care for individuals and families who are below poverty line and for those patients who would not otherwise qualify for charity care but have unique circumstances.
