Promoter's have planed to purchase about 100 Acres of Land near Chunkankadai, where the place is to be named as Mary-Land. Till now, Promoter's have purchased about 36 Acres, rest of the Land is being negotiated. The Promoter's aim is to bring this SMART Hospitals Ltd. into a Medical University, having MBBS, PG Courses for student to undergo their studies. Promoter's are trying to have tie-up with Howard Medical International, Mayo clinic, Houston Heart Centre etc. Promoter's shall create a Corpus Fund from their resources to run this SMART Hospitals Ltd. for giving 50% free treatment.
