| Smart Hospitals Ltd. is promoted by Kalluveettil Shyras Group. Promoters’ great Grand father, being Palace Physician of erstwhile Travancore - Cochin Kingdom, the descendant of Ettuveettu Pillaimar, Kalluveettil Jesudas & his descendant Kalluveettil Baby, (Francis Maximan Fernandez) with his wife Helenammal of Modembimar, had a vision to start a health care hospital. Kalluveettil family is traditionally a family of Physicians. It is their long cherished desire to establish a Multi-Specialty Hospital of International Standard. The Promoters’ aim is to bring this Smart Hospitals into a Medical University, having MBBS, PG Courses for student to pursue their studies. Promoters are trying to have tie-up with Harvard Medical International, Mayo clinic, Houston Heart Centre etc. Promoters shall create a Corpus Fund from their resources to run this Smart Hospitals for giving 50% free treatment. |

| SMART Hospitals Ltd. is a closely held Public Ltd. Company, which is an associate of St. Mary Health Educational And Research Foundation being promoted by Dr. Er. A. J. Kingsley Fernandez B. E., M. B. A., Ph. D., Mr. Aloyce Franklin Fernandez B. Sc., FCA., Dr. Anton Goldwin Fernandez MBBS, DGO, who passed away from us recently and in his place Mr. Kiran Palakunnel CA student, Mrs. Shyra Biju B. Com., and Dr. Teenu Franklin MBBS, DMRD. The Promoters are having business in USA, Canada, UK, Hong Kong and Switzerland, since long. The St. Mary Health Educational And Research Foundation has been registered under section 25 of The Companies Act 1956. The company is registered with 10 lakhs share capital presently. The authorised share capital will be raised to Rs.1000 crores in due course. |
